Re: NDS assembly reading from cartridges
Hi! I was delving in to the matter a little. And it's very interesting topic. I'm afraid you're confusing NDS with GBA. Only GBA has up-to 32MB of memory-mapped ROM in address space 08000000-09FFFFFF. NDS is a different beast. It has no memory-mapped ROM but 4 MB of RAM and serial drive similar to A...

Re: Video: Lesson P4 - Bitmap Functions on the Atari Lynx
After I've run the example on PC-Engine I thought that I could check the Lynx version as well.
Here's the result.
It's almost working
I've stumbled on such things many times - Handy isn't reflecting real hardware very well.

Hi.
I've been lucky to buy a PC-Engine recently and the sd-card. I've checked your code and it works fine as it can be seen on the image.
great work!

I've started reading about Lynx in May and made "Hello World" in June, so indeed, it took a 3-4 months of development.

Few thoughts on hardware sprites
Hi @akuyou. You haven't setup a topic for Lesson P32 on hardware sprites on Lynx and it happens that I've learned few thing the hard way while writing an entry to Atari Lynx 30th Birthday Programming Competition . First of all the Handy emulator is pretty poor and it's extremely easy to write code t...

A port of TimePilot for Atari XL/XE
Hi, I follow this site and youtube channel for a while and ChibiAkumas, you are doing great job on spreading the interest in assembler programming of retro-machines! I thought that I'll share some code of myself and my friend. It is publicly available actually but I hope that it's not the point to o...
